Trinity University Tour
Saturday, October 11, 2008
• Return time is approximately 4:30 p.m.
Here’s just a sneak peek of what you’ll see as you learn how CBORD® systems are used in Trinity’s daily operations.
Tiger Card Office: See which programs staff use from start to finish when issuing a new card (i.e., ID Works for printing the card, B.A.S.I.S. to update door access, and CBORD’s Odyssey PCS™ to store information on its user interface).
The Coates Library: See how Trinity uses CBORD’s point-of-sale device to interface with the on-campus print shop by accepting only Tigerbucks for payment. The library also uses the Pharos Uniprint system in conjunction with Odyssey PCS readers for walk-up copiers.
Thomas Residence Hall: Check out IP vending, laundry controls, and the latest and greatest way for students to see if their laundry is done without leaving their dorm rooms.
And much more!
